Add 39kg of OS-15, 3.9kg of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, and distilled water equivalent to 1.5 times the monomer amount to the reactor in sequence. Stir at high speed for 0.5 hours. Add 350kg of freshly steamed butyl acrylate and 38kg of acrylonitrile, stir well, and then add 0.8kg of potassium persulfate. Stir well and slowly raise the temperature to 70-80 ℃, stirring for 2 hours. Afterwards, raise the temperature to 80-90 ℃ and stir for 1 hour. After passing through an 18 mesh sieve, the finished product is packaged and discharged.

Add 350 kg of newly steamed butyl acrylate, stir 38 kg of acrylonitrile, and add 0.8kg of potassium persulfate. After stirring, slowly raise the temperature to 70~80 ℃ and stir for 2 h. Then raise the temperature to 80~90 ℃ and stir for 1 h. Through an 18-mesh sieve, the finished product is packaged.
